Frequently Asked Questions
Who do I call with a complaint or question about my trash/recycling service?
The entire Radisson Community (with the exception of apartments & condos) has a weekly
(Tuesday or Wednesday depending on which section of Radisson you live in) pick-up service
provided by Dependable Disposal. Complaints or further questions
can be made directly to their offices at 472-7455.
I am in the process of selling (or refinancing) my home. Is there anything that
I need to do before selling it?
Yes. Prior to the resale or refinance of any residential property a Certificate of Compliance
needs to be completed. Click here for the
Certificate of Compliance Request Form that either you (the seller) or your attorney can complete.
I am planning on doing some modifications to the exterior of my house.
How do I know if any of these require approval?
Most exterior modifications require a completed application
and approval by the Architectural Standards Committee. To get further information about your
planned project check the current ASC Guide.
How are the charges on my quarterly assessment bill calculated?
The Operating Assessment is based on the square footage of the home at a rate of .2152¢ per square
foot. The Capital Assessment is an annual flat rate fee of $63.36 per household. The Trash
Assessment (not for condos or apartment complexes) is an annual fee of $176. For more details,
review the brief document: RCA & Its Finances.
I am in the process of purchasing a home in Radisson, and I have been
told about a fee called the Amenities Equalization Assessment. What is this?
As of October 1, 2005, the Radisson Community Association will impose an
Amenities Equalization Assessment (AEA)
to the purchaser of a residential property in the Radisson Community.
These funds are used to offset the costs of replacing old and creating new amenities in our
community. The AEA is calculated as .25% of the purchase price of the residential property.
The AEA applies to both new and existing homes and is payable at the time of closing.
How do I rent the Aspen House?
The Aspen House is available to be rented for private functions by any registered Radisson
resident (or employees of a Corporate Park business), 21 yrs of age or older, in good standing
in the community. The rental fee is $200, payable at time of completion of rental agreement.
There is also a $200 security deposit due at time of key pick-up. These monies will be
refunded assuming no damage to the building has occurred. Click here
for the Aspen House Rental Agreement.
How do I put a classified ad in the paper?
The classified ad section of the Reflections is for Radisson residents (and Corporate Park employees)
only. You may stop by the RCA Office to complete the form, download
a printed version of the form, or you may submit it online.
I have a local business that I'd be interested in advertising in either
the Reflections or on your website. What do I do?
