Oberon Pool Rules & Regulations
USE:
All Radisson Community Association residents and their immediate families are entitled to use the Oberon Pool and must adhere to the rules and safety regulations at all times. Each member is entitled to bring guests under the fee system described below. If the pool has reached capacity, Class A Members without guests will be given first priority over all others. Maximum capacity is 135 persons in the water. Only Members in good standing with the Association shall be permitted to use the pool. All residents must be registered and possess a Radisson ID Card for admittance. Children under five years of age are admitted free of charge and do not require an ID Card.
HOURS:
Open 05/26/07 through 09/03/07. The pool will be in operation 7 days a week as specified on the Oberon Pool Schedule. Specific times and programs will be listed on the schedule. Pool hours may be modified for weather related reasons. Time may be reserved for special programs.

FEES:
Free of charge to all Radisson residents during normal operating hours. This summer there are NO household guess passes. Daily guest pass fee is $5.00 per guest. A guest is considered any non-resident swimmer who is 5 years or older. Seasonal passes are also available for a fee. Certain restrictions may apply.
PROGRAMS:
Programs may include lifesaving programs, water aerobic classes, adult and youth swim lessons, lap swimming and the Sharks program.
Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (16 years of age or older) unless they have passed the Beginners Swim Test (BST) administered by the Oberon Pool staff. Young children must be supervised at all times.
For sanitary reasons, only lined swimsuits must be worn in the pool. Swimsuit styles shall be in good taste. Infants and toddlers (if necessary) must wear swim diapers(such as Huggies Little Swimmers or Pampers Splashers).
No running, pushing, horseplay or unsafe acts are allowed.
NO Diving - Jumping (feet first) will ONLY be allowed into the deep end of the pool (9ft.) and will be done in a safe manner on the designated areas.
Non-swimmers must stay in the shallow area - (chest deep while standing).
The lap lane is for lap swimming only.
Smoking, gum chewing, urinating, expectorating or blowing the nose are prohibited in the pool.
No individual having skin lesions, sore or inflamed eyes, mouth, nose or ear discharges or who is known to be a carrier of the microorganisms of any communicable disease shall use the pool.
No floatation devices, rubber inflatable toys, rafts, fins, or ball playing equipment, etc. are allowed in or around the main pool. Toddlers may have small hand toys in the wading (baby) pool. No large inflatable toys are allowed.
A 15 minute adult swim period is scheduled every hour. Adult swimmers and parents with infants and toddlers may swim during this time. All other persons must exit the water during the adult swim period.
No food or drinks are allowed within the immediate pool area (3-5 feet of the water).
Glass containers are not permitted anywhere inside the pool area.
Litter must be placed in trash receptacles.
No smoking, intoxicants or smoking material in pool area.
Unauthorized use or entry into the pool area during non-operating hours is strictly forbidden.
