Field and Park Regulations




All fields and parks are for the use and enjoyment of Radisson residents and members. All are scheduled and maintained by the Radisson Community Association. The primary purpose for the fields/park is for the conduct of healthy and beneficial sports activities and recreational programs.

PRIORITIES OF USE
  • Radisson sponsored programs and activities (*Sponsored leagues must schedule field usage with the RCA Office)

  • Radisson youth leagues (sponsored or unsponsored)

  • Radisson Residents / Members

  • Other formally organized groups (includes public)

    SCHEDULING & RESERVATIONS
  • Kerri Hornaday Park Pavilion - Obtain rental/usage contract from RCA Office - Specific rules and regulations apply
  • Fields may be used without reservations at any time that they are not already in use

  • Fields must be yielded to any resident/Member/group with a valid reservation

  • Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling the RCA Office at 635-7171. During the pool season reservations can be made through the Oberon Pool Office by calling 635-2817. A Facility Usage Permit must be obtained and be on-site with the person in charge of a scheduled activity.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours prior to any scheduled activity. Notify the RCA Office (635-7171) or the Oberon Pool Manager (635-2817) of any cancellations. All cancellations are final once made.

    MISCELLANEOUS
  • Fields should not be used if soil conditions are extremely wet or if excessive standing water is present on the infields

  • Vehicles must park in the parking areas. Do not park on the fields. For Carpenter Field, please PARK ALONG GLACIER RIDGE ROAD. Utilize parking lots at Kerri Park and Drakes Landing Field when possible as parking alongside roads is discouraged for safety reasons.

  • Fields/Park may not be used for any business/commercial purposes without authorization from the RCA Office. Alcoholic beverage consumption is not permitted without a permit from the Town of Lysander.

  • Dispose of all litter in trash receptacles
  • Fields/Park and unlighted courts are closed after dark. Kerri Park closes/lights out at 10:00 pm and Carpenter Road courts close/lights out at 11:00 pm. Operating times are posted at each location.
