One of the services provided by the RCA is maintenance of the RCA common property. The common areas and open spaces of Radisson are for the use and enjoyment of all RCA residents and members. The RCA Maintenance staff maintains these properties and are the only people authorized to do so. It is important that individuals not take it upon themselves to cut or trim nor dump debris of any type beyond the boundaries of their personal property. All residents should become familiar with the Rules and Regulations for Common Property.
The 13+ miles of pathways that wind throughout the community are also part of RCA common property. Each winter the staff clears the snow and each spring repairs are made as budget and time allows.
Our staff also provides weekly brush pickup April through October, and dedicated leaf pickup during the fall. See details below.
