Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is comprised primarily of Radisson residents who volunteer their time to serve their community. These seven directors are elected by the community for a two-year term with a two term limit. Also on the Board is a seat for a representative from the Corporate Park and one from the ESDC. The Executive Director has a seat on the Board, but not a vote.

The primary objective of the Board of Directors is to support the mission of the Radisson Community Association, which is: “To preserve, protect and enhance the common lands and facilities for the use and enjoyment of the RCA residents and members. To promote the health, safety, welfare, education, recreation and cultural enrichments of the residents and members of Radisson and to ensure compliance with the Radisson Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.”

Residents who have served on committees, who have a sincere interest in serving the community as a whole, are properly registered and are in good standing are encouraged to apply for Board membership.

The Board of Directors holds public meetings, generally once a month, to discuss current issues and concerns in and around Radisson. They make decisions regarding how association fees are spent, what amenities are developed and ensure that the covenants of the community are upheld. Residents are welcome to attend these meetings. Check the agenda to see if there is a topic of interest to you or review the minutes to see what was discussed.
