A variety of builders have chosen Radisson as a location to showcase some of their most spectacular homes. There are also patio homes, attached houses, townhouses, and condos. A wide range of apartments – from luxury to economy – fully serviced to subsidized – exist within the community.

The Association maintains a list of builders that have worked with the developer over the years, to build the type of homes that prospective buyers have come to expect.  

The two condo associations within Radisson provide some outdoor maintenance services for their members. Note that owners there are responsible for Radisson assessments as well as their condo association dues. 

There are several apartment complexes here as well. Each is separately managed and information on availability, pricing and income restrictions is available only through their management offices.
