SERVICE GUIDELINES:
  • Service is provided free to all Radisson residents by RCA.

  • DO NOT place yard waste along roadsides other than front of property, by mailboxes. Also, do not put waste in cul-de-sacs or on main roads beside property.

  • Grass clippings, and leaves at times other than Sept. 25 - Dec. 1, must be bagged and secured at top. ONLY BIODEGRADABLE PAPER BAGS will be picked up. **Place waste out no earlier than the day before pick up**

  • No logs or branches more than 4" in diameter will be picked up. (Call for trailer)

  • Remember, no tree 4" diameter or larger may be cut down without prior approval by the Architectural Standards Committee.

  • If trees are being removed by a professional company, you must require them to take away the brush, limbs, etc.

  • No construction material or household waste will be picked up. Call RCA office for a list of haulers.

  • Loose leaves must be within 3 feet of the curb/property line and must be free of stones, metal and branches. Rake into narrow piles that are no more than 3 feet wide, continuous along property front.

  • Residents will have to take yard waste to brush dump if they are out of the pick up cycle. NO PLASTIC BAGS ALLOWED!!

  • Free mulch and compost is available at the RCA Maintenance Building.
